6 Ways To Reverse Psychological Reversal
By Stewart Robertson
For stubborn psychological reversal situations, there’s nearly always another reason to hold on to the problem, working behind the scenes.
Nowadays I usually just go straight to the real detective work, and miss out the energy reversals. It’s just more thorough.
But, where time doesn’t allow, or you just need a foot in the door with EFT, it makes sense to have a few different ways to neutralise this
“batteries in backwards” phenomenon.
This brief article summarises some ways to side-step reversals using certain EFT acupoints. Some you’ve heard of, some not…
KC Point
For so-called mini-reversals and part of the basic EFT recipe, this spot is connected to the small intestine meridian and focuses on self-worth,
esteem, etc. The first port of call for EFT Practitioners at the start of every round.
Sore Spot Clockwise rub tends to help more than anti-clockwise. This is a neuro-lymphatic drainage point and is connected to
the heart chakra.
Under The Nose
The end of the governing vessel.
Mentioned on the specialty series DVDs with Steven Daniels, this point is excellent at taking care of reversals. Alternating between this
point and the KC point, Steven tells us will take someone out of anaphylactic shock.
Top Of The Head
Another point farther along the governing vessel, great for reversals.
All the more reason to include it at the start of your EFT round, immediately after the KC point, instead of at the end.
Belly-button & K27s
Begin by rubbing the K27s vigorously. Then begin rubbing the belly button with the other hand. This one undoes the reversed flow on the central
vessel (should be down to up), and is demonstrated by acupuncturist Michael Gandy on the Steps To Becoming The Ultimate Therapist DVD set.
TAT Hold
Gently place the thumb and ring finger of one hand on the inner corner of each eye, nearest the nose, up in the corner near the tear duct. Place
the middle finger of the same hand gently in the third eye area on your forehead. No more than a light touch is required. Place the palm of the
other hand at the back of your head, along the occipital ridge. Hold gently for 3-4 minutes, breathing deeply. The combination of these points
usually provides gentle and effective relief from reversals.
Of course you can test the effectiveness of all of these reversal neutralisations by muscle testing before and after.
