Complete Freedom From Stress
Throw Out Your Potatoes
By Stewart Robertson
If you would, imagine for a moment, that as you
moved through life, with every emotionally bothersome event, the people around you gave you a potato to carry. You thank them and put it in
your potato sack(the type you carry on your back). Of course at first you’d be happy carrying those potatoes around for your Mother,
Father, siblings. It goes without saying.
But as you grow, friends and teachers each add
their potatoes too, and eventually colleagues, loved ones, and even children add their contribution too.
Over the years it’s slipped your mind about these
potatoes you’ve been carrying for everyone. At first it was barely noticeable. Only recently you’ve noticed how heavy they’ve become. And
as an adult now with responsibilities, there’s more potatoes than ever.
Life feels clumsy, awkward. Things run slowly. It
definitely takes more effort to make good things happen than it used to. A deeper part of you senses that something is not right.
All of us carry around other’s potatoes every day.
These unresolved emotional aspects to the situations of our lives weigh us down in more ways than one.
But the interesting thing about the potato sack is
that once we make a hole big enough for the larger potatoes, then the smaller ones escape too. So that by letting go of some of the biggest
potatoes, the sack very quickly begins to empty. Life begins to feel smoother, easier. Your mind becomes free to attract what you do want,
instead of constantly reminding you of what you don’t. The weight is dropping away. Things feel lighter, smoother. Pleasant coincidences
begin happening.
My stress relief treatment helps you release
those bigger emotional potatoes weighing you down. Once that’s done, I show you how to do what I do, at home, so that you can deal
with any future potatoes you might be tempted to carry for others.
Start by forgiving yourself for taking the potatoes
on in the first place. I’ll help with the rest. Call for a free consult. 07756 121 582.
