What Is An EFT Session Like? 

We will be tapping on major stress relief points on the body, using a kind of ‘emotional acupuncture’.

 

Your treatment can also involve:

•         Affirmations

 

•         or just a straight forward conversation

 

 

EFT is suitable for phobias, anxiety, guilt, anger, panic attacks, fears, sadness, traumatic memories, war trauma, life transitions, abuse, conflict, bullying, etc or just some situation in life you’d like to feel better about. This stuff is about helping you feel better, and not about controlling external circumstances.

 

In some cases it isn’t even necessary to ‘relive’ any emotional pain at all, in order to benefit from these procedures. I aim to make your therapy a pain-free experience, wherever possible.

At your first EFT session we have a chat about your problem and how you'd like to feel better. We'll decide at the end of that session if you're suitable for this treatment, and agree your desired outcome.

 

Sessions are weekly, and normally last an hour.

 

 

Important Notes to Treatment

·          My preference is to work with you one on one in a personal therapy session as this gets best results

·          We work together as a team, to get to the bottom of your stress and to bring about true healing of the underlying cause, rather than simply managing the symptoms, as traditional medicine does.

·          It’s never what you think it is.

·          I ask unusual questions. The type you’ve never thought of, and can be challenging. But, there are no wrong answers. These insights give us the express route to the area that needs attention most.

·          If we do work together, from time to time I might give you ideas to try at home. I cannot be by your side 24 hrs a day, however, I give you the next best thing - tools & techniques to use yourself, - for the most dedicated, it’s like having a therapist by your side 24/7 - you!

 

 

Bottom line: you are treated fast, comfortably, and retain the power to self-heal.

 

Please know in advance, however, that this treatment is not for everyone. It is not for the merely curious or for “window shoppers”. It is for those who know there must be other therapies out there that truly work.
